Kaye Derwas
Company Director - Kaye Derwas is the third generation Derwas to run the business. After gaining a degree in Business & Consumer Studies from South Bank Polytechnic, London, then working with Bass ( Wales) and Wilkos, Kaye joined the family business in 1992.
Since the retirement of her father Keith Derwas, Kaye now runs both the hardware and heating sides of the business. Kaye has two teenage daughters and a little Westie called Mollie who is very well known in the shop.

Tony Jones
Started with Derwas in 1966 so has a lifetime of experience in the Hardware trade. Married with two children and six grandchildren Tony is the rock of Derwas and what he doesn't know about machinery spares and ironmongery isn't worth knowing. |

Mike Jones
Mike has been with Derwas since 2006, starting as a delivery driver and is now Heating Showroom Manager. However, he still does deliveries when needed. After leaving the RAF, Mike worked at Burnt Tree in Shrewsbury for 13 years, working up from driver to Manager before opening a gift shop in Welshpool with his wife Rachel. |

John Astley
John has been with Derwas for six years and is Sales Manager responsible for Stihl and Mountfield machinery sales and after sales. After having been a postman for a number of years John ran an agricultural machinery business before joining us at Derwas. Married to Wendy, John has one daughter Leanne. |

Craig Leek
When the need arose for an installer Craig, who previously was a self employed builder, joined the company. Now a fully qualified HETAS installer Craig is responsible for all installations undertaken. |

Jean Richards
Accounts manager started with Derwas in 1996 and is responsible for all the accounts. Married to Andrew, Jean has one daughter and two grandchildren. |

Sharon Anderson
JJoined us 2009 from a background in Social Services & MOD as well as running her own business. Sharon is our Health & Safety officer and 'Anything deemed necessary' by Kaye. |

Scotty
Mail order packer, groundcare repair man and assistant to the Chimney Sweep and Stove Installer, a great member of the team who is always ready to lend a hand. |

Molly the Westie
Molly is our fun loving, friendly mascot who personally tests any and all of the working heat producing equipment. |
