Burning unseasoned wood

Blocked chimney

We were asked to go and sweep a chimney as the customer was saying that it wasn't drawing correctly. The appliance was only installed 8 weeks before but because they were burning wet unseasoned wood the chimney was almost completely blocked.
Wood should ideally be below 20% moisture, we have a list of local wood suppliers and also supply bags of seasoned and kiln dried logs.
